Greetings..!!

This is my first experience with blogging, hope you will like reading it.

First let me tell you about myself, my name is Vishwas Joshi and am resident of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. 

Professionally, 

-> I am working with TRAVELYAARI (Mantis Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) since August 2012 as Regional Manager/Vertical Head of Corporate Sales for Western, Central and Northen India.

-> Before the present sting, I rendered my services to ICICI BANK as a Privilege Banker.

-> And my career advancement was started with MOTIF BPO as a Process Specialist.

All in all, with 11.3 years experience in my quiver and hands-on working knowledge of E-Commerce, Sales, Business Development, Team Management, Branding, Netwoking, Negotiation, Banking & BPO; I am advancing my career.

Here, I have come to share some practical tips on management (practical because at some point of time I have used them and have got desired results) + time to time I will also post on (I would say: anything under-the-sun) topics.

Will the stock market ever go up again? In 1992, the market was trading at its highest PE of 21.88 -> fast forward 2017 -> market is trading at PE of 17.04 compared to markets highest PE of 21.88. Above is just one example of the fact that 'Markets will go even higher from today's point'; that is another thing that 'Markets will stop/pause/work sideways to take a ‘ Breather '. Other important facts: Fundamentals of Economy are and will become strong with Time. Stable Government at centre. Majority in Loksabha (just check the 'GOD Speed' at which GST bills are getting passed. 2019 and there would be a majority in Rajya Sabha, along with Lok Sabha (where there is still a majority). ‘ Macro Demand Economics ' is on a ‘ hockey stick ' growth. ‘ Per capita income ' is increasing day by day. Is the rise of the Aam Admi Party bad news for the Bharatiya Janata Party or good?  There are two ways of looking at this, and it isn't clear which one will prevail in April-May's general election.  First effect: The first is to see the AAP as a party of anger that collects votes against the establishment and cuts into the votes of the opposition. The establishment is the Congress and the votes taken away are those of the BJP. This is what happened in Delhi, where AAP dethroned the Congress and ate into enough of the BJP's votes to deny them victory.
