31/10//2013 I am back with my ARTHGHATAN OR autopsy Zeus style  on our D-E-A-R-E-S-T Rahul G's  speeches... Let me start with major difference in Shri NaMo Ji's speeches and Shri Rahul G's (AKA RAUL VINCI) speeches . - NaMo Ji started his election campaign from DU where he stated how his state contributed and is contributing in Today's INDIA and Shri Rahul G exaggerated how he went to dalit and poor households in rural India. Now, my short and simple question to Shri Rahul G: hundreds of foreign students come to India to experience rural India, stay with the poor to know their Real self and so on....so does this mean they are fit to be PM of largest democracy? Please talk SENSE..... - NaMo Ji criticizes UP communal and Shri Rahul G is happy proving that "My Daddy Strongest"... Another one to Shri Rahul G: Do you want Congress to come into party again, or are you shooed for BRAND BUILDING GANDHI Family.   If you want to speak, in election ra
30/10/2013 Was late in reading the speech of Nitish Ji on the reply to Hoonkar Rally of NaMo....so thought let me bring it to you the summary of the speech in a simple language and it's "ARTHGHATAN" or speech autopsy: Zeus-style.... -  1st statement by Nitish Ji  ( Nitish Ji vomitted too many, so his S#*& are in no particular order ): "I've heard Gujaratis are largest consumers of ice-cream, so why doesn't that sweetness reflect in your (NaMo) words?"-- What sort of LOGIC is this? Now don't say it's a ###### LOGIC; Nitish Ji's statements are living proof of statement:  Vinaash Kaale Viprit Buddhi...   -  2nd delivery : “What name of a rally is this? ‘hoonkar’? It is full of arrogance"--  Haven't you got basic literacy  ( just like your PARTNER/S-IN-CRIME, literally )  that   Hoonkar means Lion's Roar; and NaMo did it in STYLE and that too in your HOME.... -  3rd one : “Modi was sweating and drinking water over and ov
- 30/10/2013 Something to croon over: "Being Calm in Tense Situation" is REAL TALENT... Miracle that took place in "Hoonkar Rally" @ Gandhi Maidan..... " You can teach someone to fight fire. You can teach them how to use an extinguisher. You can teach them how to use the water hose. You can teach them how to use a water hydrant. You can teach them how to evacuate a building in an orderly fashion. All these can be practiced, improved and excelled in. What cannot be taught or transferred is to stay “ Calm under fire ”.  That is a talent ." The folks in the Indian media and some political parties who couldn’t see a miracle at Gandhi Maidan on October 27  are either blind or extremely foolish . There was a sea of people at the ground, lakhs still streaming in and few bombs were blasting here and there.  In such a case there were many who thought the best course would for  BJP  and  Narendra Modi  to cancel the event. But neither Modi nor BJP cancel
30/10/2013 - Health Matters: Today I'll talk on the subject which is confusing me from a couple of months; in today's world wherever we go: we find the the products saying "Multi-Grain", "Whole-Grain", "Oragnic", "Healthy"...so on and so forth.....so let me clear your doubts. When it comes to type of bread, do you think multigrain bread is the healthiest choice? It may seem that way since its name implies that it is made from many grains. However, the catch is that even multigrain bread may not necessarily be whole-grain bread. In fact, unless it specifies that it is 100% whole wheat or 100% whole grain, it may still be made primarily from white flour... ...According to the United States Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) website, the FDA "has not defined any claims concerning the grain content of foods. Depending on the context in which a "whole grain" statement appears on the label, it could be construed as m
29/10/2013 - One of the major flaw in our constitution of INDIA : State with largest population will have the largest say in Assembly (due to it's larger say of constituencies and it's MLA's henceforth). I think this flaw (larger the state larger the MLA base) should be amended on priority basis instead of large/time requiring & and un-feasible amendmends. People are not aware of the ill-effects of this, recent example is Union minister Charan Das Mahant, at whose behest the Archaeological Survey of India conducted studies leading to the dig for relics or gold at Unnao in Uttar Pradesh. Just on a whimsical dream of a seer, this MLA deployed the government machinery @ Unnao; and now this minister wants ASI to be deployed @ 2 more sites: Kanpur Nagar & Fatehgarh fort. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
28/10/2013 What you want from life ? The simple answer is “ Everything “. When it comes about creating a list of desires then even 100 sheets of paper will prove insufficient. I want more success, I want a happy married life, I want  money, I want… this… and even that!. To be true a man lives his life to gain or attempting-to-gain whatever he desires? There are a few fellows that do it very successfully, but the majority appears to be heard-walking and trapped in a kind of rat race.  They know that “ To win a race they will have  to run; the problem is is that their journey is direction less .” Except for those non-greedy fellows each and every human being on this planet desires for money. Not just money, they dream for more and more money. An increment made in the desired value with every second thought about the  Green-Stuff . Same is the case with fame, power, and many other significant things in life. Now, you must be wandering why am I talking about here and there. Well,

24/10/2013  - As I am also working in a start up ( Travelyaari ), I do track start ups in India. So I thought, why not give you a list of up-coming start ups in India, which I think will rock the domestic scene within near future. So here I present you the best start ups for general public (this is purely based on my thinking :) Though there are many technology start ups, but I am omitting them at this time. => www.travelyaari.com Don't take me wrong by thinking that as I am working here I am ranking this concept; but I joined this start up as I had trust in it. In laymen terms, it is the IRCTC of bus. => www.travelkhana.com Through this delhi based start up, retail customers can order the food while travelling through train. Travelkhana provides the service to order your food without leaving your berth in train, just order through their website, or by calling them and they will get your order @ your seat. They have a large database of restaurants and they d
- Tips to be success in the interview or should I say what interviewer's look in a candidate????  You can treat this as: dummy guide for success in interviews, but this is not an sure shot answer to your success....So let's start: => Research the company . Interviewers don't want you have an idea on company's turnover or profit or any other rocket thing, however Interviewers hate it when you come for an interview without knowing the company's management, or its products, or it's competitors, company's vision/mission, or in that matter company's presence. => Introductory Speech : It doesn't matter how long you have with the interviewer, initial 2 minutes are break-or-make situation. => Most Important : Body language. 1) Don't be too stiff or sit upright nor too relaxed during interview, 2) don't fiddle with your hands or hair, I don't think one does so but you never knows ;), 3) don't show defensiveness by claspi

21/10/2013 - Practical tips to get best out of your colleagues 1) Treat your reportees as your colleagues , because they are real-winners who sweat out in the market to get you the desired results. 2) Trust their instincts too (you can't always be right, give them the right to make choices), 3) Give them room to grow (as everybody has his/her own priorities, just go to your colleague and appreciate his/her failure too which will make him/her understand how he/she failed without you coming into the picture and letting them know what went wrong), 4)   Interaction is the key to game (may be your colleagues can come up with a valid point, as they may be more practical than you + this is how you are on the driver seat and can take better decisions), 5) Money is not always the factor : don't take me wrong but regular flow of money do create wonders and can sunk the ship too, you know what I mean ;), 6) Humane touch should be there : Getting everything documented is f
