Happy New Year..!!

After a long-long time, it has happened that Muslim, Gujarati & Jain New Year have fallen on same date…..

So, friends today I’ll share my favorite microwave brownie recipe with you all…it’s so simple those novices who just know how to start microwave, can also prepare this brownie with panache….

ð  Preparation time: 6-7 minutes (4 minutes in microwave & 2 minutes for preparation)

ð  Ingredients:
1 small tea cup Maida (All Purpose Flour)
4 tea spoons Cocoa Powder
5 tea spoons Bura/powdered sugar
½ small tea cup melted butter
½ small tea cup hot water
½ tea spoon vanilla essence
10-12 diced Akhrots (diced walnuts)
2 tea spoon Curd
½ tea spoon baking soda

ð  How to

Step 1: Take Maida & Cocoa powder, pour it into sieve (Chan-ni); sieve both maida & cocoa powder; this is done so that you get both the powders mixed properly and with a same texture.
Once you have sieved both, keep the container aside….

Step 2:  Take the melted butter in one container, put 5 tea spoons of bura/powdered sugar in it, and now pour ½ small cup of hot water in it along with ½ tea spoon of vanilla essence and 10-12 pieces of diced walnuts.

Also, take 2 tea spoons of curd and mix ½ tea spoon of baking soda in it; mix both thoroughly and keep the mixture aside for 10-15 seconds.

Step 3: Mix melted butter, powdered sugar, hot water, vanilla essence, diced walnuts and curd mixed with baking soda.

Note: You have to mix this mixture thoroughly with a broad spoon/kadhchi…and make sure the texture looks good and is even without any lumps in it....

Step 4: Coat the inside of microwave bowl with butter (use your hands for this)….

Step 5: Pour all the mixture in the butter coated microwave bowl, spread the mixture evenly and keep it in microwave for 4 minutes….

After 4 minutes, take the bowl out........ W-O-A-H your brownie is ready…..

Take the long dinner plate, place it on bowl and do it upside down to take the brownie on the plate…..

Serve it hot/cold as per your need along with vanilla ice-cream….
